“Falcon three have worked on a number of high level projects for Barhale, one being the Birmingham resilience project for Seven Trent Water a 230m project to supply water to the Birmingham area. Falcon three worked on the pump station in Stourport and the intake structure. The Pump station was constructed of concrete block work to all the lower levels of the pump station with fire breaks in the cavity walls numerous doors and roller shutter, this was constructed by Falcon Three to the highest standards of workmanship and safety.
They had their own foreman on site who ran the lads really well and attended progress meetings with Barhale and our Client, very knowledgeable about the scheme which filled the client with confidence. The intake structure was constructed of natural stone laid randomly, this was on the banks of the river Seven where we were tied into making the structure look as natural as possible in its surroundings. The finished product was outstanding when you looked at it from the other side of the river and we had numerous comments from the local people who were not happy with the structure in the first place, say how well it looked. First class workmen and supervision, very collaborative with site and other subcontractors, and the back ground staff (Directors, Managers)always accessible and easy to work with.”

They also ensure weekly visits from contract managers who conduct comprehensive reviews of completed and upcoming works, upcoming scaffold requirements, and look-a heads completing a ‘Blocker Lists’, proactively identifying potential issues that may have been overlooked by the site team, thereby ensuring seamless operations and pre-empting potential complications.

,,We engaged Falcon Construction for three high value MOD Projects were that were on a very tight timescale with additional difficulties imposed on the whole project team due to some tight security constraints we had to work within on the whole project.
From the outset, Falcon were quick to respond, providing timely, competitive quotations, were very collaborative in our dealings and the team we had at our sites were exemplary in their behaviours in respect to working safely with us to deliver to our time , cost and quality objectives.
From a quality perspective, the Falcon Supervisors and Senior Management took this aspect very seriously and working together with the Project Managers, Site Mangers and our quality team, produced some excellent Inspection and Test Plans (ITP’s) which they used to manage ours and the client’s quality expectations, which contributed to some very decent feedback from our client also, for the great work they did on some white shot blasted face blockwork and face brickwork.
The Falcon team I worked with walked the walk of collaborative working, assisted us in solving some very challenging design conundrums and face brickwork setting out issues in a professional, expert way and despite a protracted period of challenging weather on the last project still hit our programme milestones in every instance contributing to our project successes.
To summarise:
Based on my own personal experience and the Falcon Construction performance on the three successful high value projects I’ve used them on, I found them to be collaborative, expert in their field, professional and felt them to be very much an integral part of our project team.
