Working Nationwide, for the industry’s leading Principal Contractor’s, Falcon has delivered a portfolio of Brickwork Packages on Landmark Projects, ranging in value from £50,000 to £5m.

Meet The Board
Richard Baker
Richard is a qualified Quantity Surveyor and also has experience in Project Management, working in the past for some of the nations largest contractors and consultancies. Richard is responsible for the commercial aspects of the business, such as tendering, procurement, cash flow and cost reporting. Richard also handles all financial aspects of the business.
Rhodri Meredith
Rhodri is a Project Manager with RICS and a Chartered Surveyor, bringing a wealth of experience in project management. He is directly responsible for overseeing our key contracts within the business, as well as managing general operational delivery, including quality control, health and safety, and programme management. Rhodri also plays a crucial role in the pre-construction stage and bidding processes, applying his technical expertise to ensure that quality and health and safety aspects are thoroughly considered, minimising risks at the tender stage.
Martin Fox
Martin is responsible for overseeing our key contracts and managing general operational delivery. With over 20 years of experience running large contracts as a subcontractor for major contractors nationwide, Martin brings a wealth of expertise to the team. He is also in charge of vetting and procuring our labor, plant, and material resources at Falcon. Additionally, Martin contributes to the pre-construction stage and oversees the quality and health and safety aspects of the business.
